iSONEWS.com hacked ... or busted ?

If you go directly to the IP ,
http://66.201.243.170 , you can see the iSONEWS server is still up and running.
The shutdown page is hosted on a server with IP 149.101.1.91 , which is indeed owned by DOJ (ip lookup)
Why could it be real ?
Someone people just sent us this url ... which indeed looks very real

Hack all those servers for just this joke isn't very realistic.
Why could it be fake ?
It could be a DNS hack on the iSONEWS side and a server hack on DOJ's server.

Server is still up-and-running
iSONEWS denies shutdown in their irc chatroom (#isonews EFnet).
(the isonews-logo on the DOJ page doesn't look very realistic either)
