I tore some plastic thing off the bottom of my car this last weekend driving down a dirt road. I also broke a motor mount once after bottoming out. It's not lowered, and I don't plan on it.

One thing I learned is that aftermarket struts are mandatory if lowering.

Previous car rode on: Koni Yellow Adjustables & Eibach Sport Springs.

You... you lowered a truck? I don't know what's worse.. jacking them up 5 feet or lowering them...

IMHO lowering a truck slightly like that makes a lot more sense than jacking them up. I know someone who has his F150 lowered pretty much just like that pic and it makes things a LOT easier when loading bikes. He (like most people in trucks) never takes it further offroad than a curb so who cares anyway.

I didn't, the previous owner did. The deal I got was criminal so I don't really care.

Kind of defeats the point of a truck doesn't it...

It still tows just fine and has the open cargo area so it gets "truck stuff" done without any problems.

This is the most suspicious looking car I have ever seen. Black paint with black rims and tint on all windows including the driver side window (that's illegal in most places). If I were a police officer, I'd pull you over because it's the kind of car a drug dealer would drive.

I can't lower any vehicle because that would cause it to get stuck in snow.

Feh. Tinting all the windows that dark looks awesome and has the added side benefit of blocking out most of the goddamned sunlight.
