My work has it. I'm happy with my work's benefits, they just added a ton, they increased 401k from 25% up to 5% to 100% to 3% then 50% from 3-5%, so really on 5% they add 4%. Or to make it simple if you do 5% they changed it from 25% to 80% match.
Have ESPP, Health (Domestic Partner Benefits and all), Vision, LTD, Healthcare Spending Account. Pretty good for retail
