Our offering which was supposed to start today has been cancelled. 🙁

I am just wondering what other compnies are doing
 
My work has it. I'm happy with my work's benefits, they just added a ton, they increased 401k from 25% up to 5% to 100% to 3% then 50% from 3-5%, so really on 5% they add 4%. Or to make it simple if you do 5% they changed it from 25% to 80% match.

Have ESPP, Health (Domestic Partner Benefits and all), Vision, LTD, Healthcare Spending Account. Pretty good for retail 🙂
 
I think that 15% discount is deducted from the companie's bottom line(profit). I hope the board of directors will reinstate it or approve some sort of alternative compensastion.
