For all we know that may be in the context of value. Additionally, it's a second tier school in rankings of southern only MS only schools. Whatever you want to cry about, that's the bottom line. 2nd tier. In a ranking of southern only, non doctoral schools. That is not a highly regarded position.
Again, as I've said in many threads before (as well as this very one) - it isn't worth it for most people to spend a significant amount of money at an expensive school.
The simple fact is that Troy State is not highly regarded in academics, unless you have the lowest of standards.
