[I used to weigh 230lbs (I'm 5'9). I finally gave up bread, sugar, pasta..anything with carbs. My intake was about 1000 calories or less. Lost about 65lbs in 6 months. It's been over a year now and I think I gained 10lbs since. I could have kept it off if I exercised but I guess I was lazy. I'll get it off in a couple of months. Started running again and am watching what I'm eating.
