...the protein came from where? lol

cream cheese?

seems like a ton of it, though. only 2 grams of protein per ounce.

The bagels will have a little protein too, but I don't see how you get to 25g.

Why don't fat people understand you must eat more OFTEN, not significantly less to lose weight?

It's annoying :|

And yes, the calories in/calories out rule still applies

It's been over a year now and I think I gained 10lbs since. I could have kept it off if I exercised but I guess I was lazy. I'll get it off in a couple of months. Started running again and am watching what I'm eating.
I bet you have the physique of a young girl.

Not really. I could never get rid of the flab on the tummy. Dunno what to do about that. I think I should aim to reduce my weight to 150 and then start eating properly from there with exercise.

Because it's wrong? There are some minor benefits to more frequent eating, but nothing I've seen that outweighs stopping my day five times to get food.

From what I've seen, the research overwhelmingly points to caloric intake as the main determinant of body weight.

Why do skinny people feel the urge to post about something they can't possibly know anything about?
