Up by 30 points in my work league and going against the 49ers DST. I also need a combined 24 points from Frank Gore, Michael Crabtree and Tony Gonzalez in another league ( I do have Roddy White on the bench). I might need a Valium for tomorrow night :p

In one of my leagues, I'm up against a friend of mine. We were the two highest scoring teams by a decent amount this year, but we have the most pathetic championship matchup. After today's games, we're projected to hit around 110 each (PPR league). He has Tony Gonzalez and Michael Crabtree, I have Vernon Davis and a 20 point lead. I feel pretty good, but anything can happen.

i'm alive and kicking!!!

Superbowl for me. But problems ahead, players might get benched/ have nothing to play for. Megatron hurt. Charles has nothing to run for. Luck locked in his team. Only thing i got going is Garcon/Dez. Maybe Zac Stacy/ Rainey

I got money on the line, i might ask the person to split the money. He has Forte/mccoy/Gonzo/Roddy white.

That's the one thing in scoring that annoys me. A Pick-6 shouldn't count against a D/ST since they're not on the field to allow those points.

Despite pitiful performances from Tucker and Pitta, I'm 25 points up for the championship and my opponent has the 49ers D/ST and kicker playing tonight. In my other league for the consolation prize, I'm up 19.5 and he has Harry Douglas going tonight. Going to be an exciting Monday night game for me.

Man I hope I can get to week 17 in my work league. The Eagles have a dream matchup against Dallas this week and I have Foles & McCoy. That combo could very well get me 60+ points alone.

In yahoo a pick 6 doesn't count against points scored against defense. For the very reason you stated.

Is that for real? I had never noticed that before. :hmm: I guess it just takes total points against, no matter how they are scored?

Yeah, in my ESPN league DS/T scoring factors in PA. So an opposing DS/T's pick 6 counts against the DS/T you're playing. I'm lobbying to have that changed next year. It's stupid.

Thankfully we don't play week 17 though. That has to be brutal.

apparently, yes. according to a link I saw, that's how the NFL tracks it, which is also very strange. definitely not cool

http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/resources/help/faq?name=whats-up-with-my-DST-score

maybe this is out of date, because it talks about points for yardage allowed, which isn't the case anymore. but it does look like the pick 6 points still go towards points allowed. terrible

Hmm. I'm not convinced Yahoo does not score it the same way. Or maybe that is why defense scores are so much higher in the Yahoo league i am in? I thought it was just due to all of the weird random scoring settings we have in that league.

I'm still projected higher then him by 10 or so points for next week. If my players aren't a possible bench i would actually like my odds. But we are talking about fantasy FB which is completely random, a split is getting money 100%

My Megatron/Charles/Garcon/Dez/Stacy VS his Mccoy/Forte/Foles/White/TY Hilton/Gonzo

The six should not count but the point after does. I believe there is a league setting this.

Four of my leagues are done. I got two firsts a second and a third. The league I got second in, I had McCoy who got pulled and yielded a few rushing TDs with yards to other RBs on his team. Had he stayed in, I would have won.

The last league I am in has the first round this week and it looks good heading in to tonight.
