100 is not enough?

You can have up to 200 threads per page.

Unless it's just a mod option, it's in the last section of CP (Miscellaneous Options). Can you guys see that?

Yeah, it just became an option within the last day or two. I'm at 100 threads/page and 100 posts/thread.

Now someone just needs to walk me through changing themes using chrome and I'll be happy.

PM's are..lacking.

I have to scroll roughly 4x more than I used to to read the same exact thread.

Adding effects and emphasis to text is a slightly bigger pain in the butt.

No nested quotes, which were really handy in P&N.

I don't know.the nested quote thing is really hurting P&N.

Change your settings, I'm at 100/100

Really? Turn on the full WYSIWYG editor.

If you're really worried about it, you can pretty easily build your own nested quote. Just click the multiquote button on the posts necessary and then copy/paste in the editor. I personally prefer the lack thereof.

To nest your quotes, click the multi quote button for the applicable posts, then cut/paste the "quote=tallbill;28878646" part to place it up top. Really easy.

was happy with it on day 1. I can't believe how attached people are to some forum software, let alone a broken one.

Hmm..not bad.

Anyhow, when I said I had to scroll 4x more, that didn't mean I didn't see the option to add more posts per thread, if I meant that I would have mentioned having to click through more pages. I just meant that VB puts more space between the posts.

Thanks for the multi-quote tip though. I'll look at it, still seems like a pain in the butt though instead of just continuous quoting.

Oh well, change isn't always bad, I haven't been a huge fan of the change thus far but it isn't...that horrible.

I feel as though I was sent away by one caring parent to go live with the abusive, alcoholic alternative. So while it is certainly a home, it doesn't feel like my home.
