We cut and paste the names.. We work with a dynamic list that changes every day. SURE, we could put everyone on the BCC list - but some people actually like knowing other people's email addresses.. Sure, I can put stickies on my monitor saying "Remember to put Cheryl in the BCC list" but after I while I'll have a few hundred stickies on my monitor... I screened the list.. there are no spam bots, there are no creeps.. I'm not giving out phone numbers.. I even asked people to make email addresses to dedicate to this project.. I told her and everyone else BEFORE they signed up that they would get mass mails (it was mentioned in the application... )

Just put everyone's name in the BCC. Problem solved. In fact, the directors I work with never expose the e-mail addresses on their lists....

You say there is no riffraff on the list, but all it takes is one jackass to get a virus and that's that.

Point taken.. I may very well do that.. What pissed me off is not her request but her tone.... oh well..
She has a 'tone' because she has made a reasonable request x 3 to no avail. BCC is your friend.

You should always use BCC for everyone. I have some friends that are just like you and don't listen. Its not that difficult. :disgust:

And you have noticed the difference between CC and BCC right?

Because by the tone of your posts here, you sound like a complete imbicile who couldn't find his ass if it was right behind him.
