You are completely in the wrong.
Pointing out the 12 item limit is proper.
How did you know that she could not speak/understand English.
I can see multiple native English people ignore the line limits.
I agree. I think that remarking because she's Asian means she can't speak English is a bit ignorant, but I see no qualms about pointing out how she's inconveniencing others. I was in Wal-Mart the other day and as I was checking out in the express lane, two ladies come up behind me with a cart full of stuff. The cashier says to me, "They seriously want to check out here?" I just say back, "I'm really not surprised."
Although, I kind of wish I would say things sometimes. Like one time I was going to an express lane with about 14 items (limit of 20 in these lanes) and these two kinda scummy looking ladies dart in front of me (literally... I think they were out of breath!) I can kinda ignore someone being that much of a dick, but these people had a cart full of items! I really should stop being a pussy and just say something, so maybe these people will learn and not treat others so poorly (but I doubt they will).

I don't think I have yet to see either of those two previous categories driving the carts, I have only seen the heavily overweight loading up with more junk food than anything else. Sorry, not trying to stereotype the overweight, but that is the ONLY people I have seen in walmart's electric carts.
I have once or twice, but I mostly see obese people in them. Although, I don't want to be rude and just think all of them are fatties as it's possible that some may have an actual condition (and not hand-to-mouth syndrome).

Works for me.
I went into WalMart once to pick up 2 five gallon buckets of paint to paint the interior of my garage (fresh sheet rock). I am walking down the isle with a bucket in each hand and I am in a hurry because it's my lunch break.
Two couples are standing in the isle blocking it while as they had a discussion. I assumed they were friends who had run into each other. I blurted out, "Jesus fucking Christ! Just block the whole fucking isle!"
They were shocked as was I. I felt a little embarrassed but the 3 tooths deserved it.
As mentioned above, I wish I would just do that sometimes instead of just getting out of other's way. I think I literally say more "excuse me's" and stuff in Wal-Mart than I say in all other places combined. People not giving a shit where they leave their cart, if they just come out into an aisle right in front of you, etc.
