so i'm at the self-checkout (express: 12 items or less) and this asian lady in front of me has like 30 items. i say out loud "damn i wish mother*******s would learn english and sh** before coming to this country. it says 12 items or less. W. T. F!?"

was that wrong? everyone was getting irritated at the lady though. what a tool.

You are completely in the wrong.
Pointing out the 12 item limit is proper.
How did you know that she could not speak/understand English.
I can see multiple native English people ignore the line limits.

They should learn English as well.

So you would say "i wish mother*******s would learn english and sh** before coming to this country" to the person if they were white?

That's pretty damn hilarious, but seriously just stay away from the self checkout. Every god damn time I use those things it gives some bullshit error "please ask for assistance". Walmart guy swipes his card, then it prints my receipt. What a piece of shit setup.

And yes your comment was racist.

I just wish walmart would enforce the express lanes, rather they are self check out or a cashier running it. Stopped in a walmart the other day to grab a couple of items for dinner, and there was a lady in the express lane with two overflowing cart fulls of stuff, just had to join in with a couple of other guys behind me in disgruntled humor about it.
What about those damn electric carts that are designed mainly for the elderly and truly handicapped. I don't think I have yet to see either of those two previous categories driving the carts, I have only seen the heavily overweight loading up with more junk food than anything else. Sorry, not trying to stereotype the overweight, but that is the ONLY people I have seen in walmart's electric carts.

Replace "I say out loud" with "I thought in my head" and that might have happened. And if you did say it like that you are an ass.

If you want to walk right up and call her a dumb bitch to her face, I applaud you, but mumbling passive-aggressive racially charged commentary behind her back is kind of weak.

Yes. Thanks for playing.

really?

since when?

Forever.

In my <3.

<3 <3 <3.

I only speak Latin as a second language, because other than traveling, I only speak English to conduct and serious business in my daily life and frankly I like English, it's a nice language, and it is (even if it is not official) the majority language of the United States.

People used to learn English when they came to this country.

poor form.
pointing out that she has too many items is fine. put her on the spot for that.
the rest was inappropriate and would only reduce support from people around you.
