He paid for the insurance so you should file the claim. Or did you not really get the insurance?

Your the shipper it is up to you to file the claim. He cannot file the claim because you are the maker of the transaction with Fedex not him. wether he's scamming or not just file the claim and let Fedex deal with it. If they determine that the package was delivered to the correct location then he is out of luck.

You're a fvcking dumbshit.
You must be one of the 95% of ATOT who always jump to conclusion.

First of all, when you ship UPS or FedEx, they automatically insure the package for $50 or $100(something like that)
Its not like USPS where they charge you like $2.10 to insure $100.

Second, just to make you look like an @sshat, I took a picture of the receipt for you.
Third, next time don't jump to conclusion and accuse someone you don't know of being dishonnest.
RECEIPT

BTW, he paid the extra $2 for insurance and not only I did insured it, I paid the extra $1.80? to have the package signed for.

I am so calling your house at 3am tomorrow...

Sounds to me like he needs to ask his mom or dad what they did with his package.

WTF good is insurance when the only person that can file the insurance claim is the sender. So he paid you $2 for insurance and he can't initiate crap because you won't do it. The sender has to start the claim.

File a damn claim and be done with it. I think you are just being lazy.

No Kettle on my part.

Anyway, enough of you thinks I should file a claim for him so I will.
And YES, I am quite lazy. No denying that.

You can accuse anyone of anything, it doesn't mean you're right. It's possible that he didn't receive the package, so just file the claim.

LET FEDEX HANDLE IT! Filing a claim does not take that much time or effort ... if the roles were reversed, you had not received a $150 item you paid for and the seller was calling you a scammer, refusing to file a claim or refund the money... how would you feel? I'm just saying, give him a chance to prove he's not scamming.

CTrain, whats your ebay name? I'd like to add you to my do not trade list. Thanks..

Just go file a damn claim, and leave it up to Fedex and the other guy to sort it out.

Did you try tracking the package to see if it at least made it to the right vicinity? Cause if it did, its extremely rare that Fedex delivered the package to the wrong address, especially if it's signed as P B Jxxxx. PB could have been his father, or brother, or mother, or whatnot.

But I'd still file a claim, just to show good gesture on your end.

From the look of the poll, it looks like more people think hes scamming than not so who's jumping to conclusion ??

Of course, theres always a chance that he actually did not recieve the package thats why I asked for opinions.
If some of you actually read everything I wrote before putting in your 2 pennies, you would agree that theres a very SLIM chance that he didn't recieve the package.

I already said I was going to.
And I also already wrote that I spoke to FedEx and they said it was delivered to the exact address(as in city, state, zipcode...everything).
You see why I think he's lying.
