He paid for the insurance so you should file the claim. Or did you not really get the insurance?

You're a fvcking dumbshit.
You must be one of the 95% of ATOT who always jump to conclusion.
First of all, when you ship UPS or FedEx, they automatically insure the package for $50 or $100(something like that)
Its not like USPS where they charge you like $2.10 to insure $100.
Second, just to make you look like an @sshat, I took a picture of the receipt for you.
Third, next time don't jump to conclusion and accuse someone you don't know of being dishonnest.
RECEIPT
BTW, he paid the extra $2 for insurance and not only I did insured it, I paid the extra $1.80? to have the package signed for.

No Kettle on my part.
Anyway, enough of you thinks I should file a claim for him so I will.
And YES, I am quite lazy. No denying that.

LET FEDEX HANDLE IT! Filing a claim does not take that much time or effort ... if the roles were reversed, you had not received a $150 item you paid for and the seller was calling you a scammer, refusing to file a claim or refund the money... how would you feel? I'm just saying, give him a chance to prove he's not scamming.
CTrain, whats your ebay name? I'd like to add you to my do not trade list. Thanks..

funny but from what i've read in this thread i'd trust the other guy more than you. you have more problems than just being lazy.

Just go file a damn claim, and leave it up to Fedex and the other guy to sort it out.
Did you try tracking the package to see if it at least made it to the right vicinity? Cause if it did, its extremely rare that Fedex delivered the package to the wrong address, especially if it's signed as P B Jxxxx. PB could have been his father, or brother, or mother, or whatnot.
But I'd still file a claim, just to show good gesture on your end.

Yeah I know, cause you're just a very good judge of character.
This is from someone with 39 heatwares and 5 of those are neutral or negative.
