Not sure but why choose an 8350 over an i5?
Might be better to post in hardware.

And why two video cards? How much RAM?

I'm sorry but that is a very confusing list to try and read. I see two different video cards in your list, which one is it ? On a side note, it's my personal belief that there isn't a setup that could currently be devised to tackle 4K properly yet anyways.

i5 CPUs consistently destroy all the 6350 & 8350 CPUs. Even intels i3 beat them frequently.

I'm not an amd hater, I have a 6350 second machine.

Sorry about the list and it was both because I want to have 4k capabilities but I asked if it was a good one and not sure if I can use sli for them since these are 2 different cards, I wanted even performance for games that are optimized by different companies and 4k.

No sli on those two cards one is NVIDIA & the other AMD. No offense but I don't like this build. Why is 4k the goal? You have to go very high end on everything if 4k is the goal. What's wrong with 1080P?

Things off the top of my head:

You only need one of those two video cards. Of the two you have listed the GTX 970 is the better bang for the buck and probably the only one capable of any 4k gaming although it won't be great.

The ram you picked is DDR4. The motherboard you picked supports DDR3. They won't work together.

Look at the first post in this thread: http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2192841
You might not be in the US so prices could be different but it should give you an idea of what to look at buying for your build. It might not do 4k well but it will be closer than what you tossed together.

thats a horrible build. two incompatible graphics cards, second rate CPU, way too big case, no SSD, and a totally mystifying HDMI cable that im not sure why its even there.

look, you want to game, right?

get a Intel 4790k, a Gigabyte Z97-D3H, any 256Gb SSD, a Nvidia 970, 2x8Gb corsair ram, EVGA 750W psu, and a Define R5.

This is how I feel too. Aiming for 4k is an exercise in futility. Even if you could put 4 Titan X cards together it probably would still have issues in some games when you try running on ultra etc.

Heck, I waited years to upgrade past 1080 and finally did it a couple months ago, glad I waited as now I feel like I am doing 1440 right, it will be the same wih 4K, probably going to wait a minimum of 3 more years.

In some games I'm not even happy running my 970 SLI setup at 2560x1440. The Witcher 3 for example, at 1080p I never drop from 60fps. At 1440p I occasionally see 50fps and it's a jarring stutter.

Makes me wish our LCD's could change resolution up or down like the old CRT's could.

This really belongs in General Hardware, perhaps a mod will move it.

The AMD is a very bad choice for a gaming PC. You need an intel i5 or i7.

The 970 is a bad card unless you plan to replace it in a year. It has 3.5 GB of good RAM plus .5 GB of poison RAM that kills performance.

Also, the 980 ti and Radeon 3xx cards will be released next month. If you really want nvidia then wait until then and get the 980 or 980ti. The rumored 980ti price is $649 at launch which isn't much more than the 2 incompatible cards you planned to buy.

Alright that is cool. I know the cards weren't compatible but I have seen videos listing they had 2 different cards but those were bad examples. Also I might get the 980ti it is a beast compared to many cards I have seen.

I am from the US. And I couldn't find where it shows ddr4 capable at all. I can't find a lot of that listing or I might be a little lazy while looking for it. At first I had DDR3 and it seemed like a good idea to go to ddr4. Just me experimenting since I'm a beginner with all this computer builds.
