Not to be rude Spinosaurus13, but what is your level of pc builder? Your build has some glaring issues (which have been addressed by other members) and we can help you best if you:

1. Abandon this thread.
2. Create a mew thread in the General hardware section, with answers to the questions in this post:

3. Take a look at this thread for suggestions on what a good build looks like:

I wouldn't build any current rig for 4K gaming.

I have a 980 SLI, 4790K @ 4.8GHz rig and it won't 4K the high-fidelity titles at 60fps, and I've spent well over $2k.

I think we need another generation of video cards to make real 4k smooth gameplay a good bet. You can play a lot of non-graphic intensive games at 4k with current hardware, but there's no way in hell anything out there right now will play games like Witcher 3 / Crysis3 at 60fps / 4K.

Maybe when a good quality GSync 4K monitor hits the scene (that's even close to affordable) things will change, but for now, I'm happy to strive for a glass-smooth 1080p experience.

and to think (some) people assumed 4k from this console generation

people don't realize how expensive chasing high resolutions is

Another problem with your build that hasn't been mentioned yet is that you specced out an IDE CD-RW/DVD-ROM - that is incompatible with your motherboard. You need an optical drive with an SATA interface.

or I might be a little lazy while looking for it. At first I had DDR3 and it seemed like a good idea to go to ddr4. Just me experimenting since I'm a beginner with all this computer builds.

I think thats the key here, you dont listen to what people have been telling you, your posts are a mess, being a beginner doesnt excuse ignorance. Go do a little research at least before hand.

Try pcpartpicker.com it has a built in compatibility checker and price watching feature. Look up on wikipedia some of what you are looking for, watch a you tube video of how to build a PC, I think someone posted a link to one in this thread.

Recompose your self, and start a new thread by answering the questions we linked. Also unless you want to spend 3k drop the 4k idea. no games are going to really run at 4k anyway they just are not being developed for it yet. People are struggling to play witcher 3 @ 1440 for gods sake lol.

We arent being mean and we will gladly help but after you take what weve said to heart a little.

You could have made your point without attacking the OP in your first paragraph.
