I asked the dealership to remove their sticker when I bought my car. They refused. I peeled it off right in front of them before driving it off the lot.

no fvcking way! you serious? in FRONT of them?? must have been an adrenaline rush. oh man, wish i coulda seen the look on their faces.

I like your thinking. I'm going to ask the dealership to remove the badging next time I buy a car and I'll see what they say.

Debadging cars is no big deal. I have an Infiniti G35S with no badges on it. You can DEFINITELY tell the dealer to no put his fucking stickers on the damn thing. That shit infuriates me.

Meh, they made an issue about it, thus I did it in front of them. There is no way I am providing free advertising to the dealership.

I have done that before before I bought a truck. I agreed on a price, then said, 'oh, and remove all the badging'. They had no problem with it.

I was tempted to put a Decepticon emblem on my car at one point. :$

I see those from time to time and always chuckle to myself that the driver must be a complete dolt. It is usually on some big idiotic truck or a scion.

Please, for the love of God, please don't put a batman emblem on an Infiniti.

This reminds me back in the early 80s when a friend had a Van Halen logo made for me at his uncle's shop. I remember it was really slick and smooth and I found it really cool.

I was so excited and really wanted to put it on our family's car, but my dad would hear nothing of it :(

Its your car and you can put on any emblem you want. If you want to show the world you are a Batman fan, go ahead. I think it would look good. Personally, I don't like all the emblems on cars and people doing free advertising for the car manufacturers. I say pull off your emblems and stop advertising for free. If Kia, Honda, or Buick want to pay for advertising on my car, they need to anti up and pay, just like a billboard or a TV commercial.

They do. You're already paying the advertisers price. You don't want to know what it costs to get one emblemless.

Also, why so pissy about it? If you aren't a fan of the brand then why did you buy the car?

Probably worse than people putting GTR or Skyline badges on the same car....

Personally I like to debadge my cars/clean look.

What about black matte/black chrome/black gloss OEM emblems to go with the rest of the blacked out look?

Horrible idea, in my opinion. The infiniti logo is awesome... I love my G35. sharp cars and are very reliable.
