Of course you do. All you did was pull up launch dates you just looked up in some minutes for earlier series and use that as your supposed evidence.

TSMC doesn't need to prove anything anymore since we're seeing they are, in fact, right. 28nm is already in mass production as we speak, and yields are better than when 40nm taped out. What we have is the current facts, and all of them point to products being launched this year.

From Dailytech (Anandtech):

The latest chips for AMD will be in the Southern Islands series, which will supplant the Radeon HD 6000 series. The first cards are to be released by the end of the year, but the current production schedule could indicate a launch as early as the end of November. The first AMD 28nm GPUs taped out earlier in the spring, and the company has already demonstrated them several times at various industry events.
No matter, see you back in this thread by the end of this year. You'll have to remind me yet again of the fact you know more about how 28nm is doing than the company manufacturing it.
