Teleflora's Summertime Splash.  In the pic it looks great.  In real life one of the lilies looked damaged; the orange roses were pink; the green button spray chrysanthemums were missing; the vase was chipped.  Something this small for $55, I expected much better.  I'm totally disappointed.  It just got a little bit darker in my part of the world.
Do you think the fact that I ordered on the day of delivery affected quality of service.  I can understand if they didn't have the flowers in stock and substituted.  I wonder if I had given them a few days if they would have ordered the missing flowers.
I actually perused ProFlowers the day before but couldn't make up my mind which flowers to get.  So many pretty flowers.
