I am a 23 year old male, 6' 4", weighing about 150-160 pounds. I typically run between two and four times per week on no particular schedule. I don't really pay attention to how far I run. I mostly run until I "feel" like I want to be done.
I will warm up by walking two or three blocks, then I will run/sprint for about three blocks. Then I will walk/jog three blocks, then run again. I usually do this for about half of an hour total.
In what ways can I improve this? I mostly want to run so that I can stay in shape and have stamina because I sit in an office environment all day.
