Lift weights, and throw in some cardio once or twice a week.

Eat better.

Try Yoga! Coming from a Yogi, when I first started practicing I was shocked at the benefits and relief from any pain and emotional stress I was experiencing. It really is a meditative practice that works on both mind and body. It is phenomenal in so many ways. Please try it.

Sorry for the late replay....had to deal with stuff. Thanks for all the tips. I've been doing some real good cardio in the last month which has helped a bit and sometimes try soothing teas etc.

The added benefit is the cardio not only helps with the stress but I just feel better (less tired and lazy). Hopefully it has reduced my blood pressure at the same time (i can run a third further at the same time frame as i could before i started and have lost about 5-10 pounds). Have also cut out most of my chip eating and replaced it with almonds (delicious)

Definitely interested in the yoga as well.
