Is there a strength / size proportion to body mass and composition?

Hey guys and gals,

What I mean, is that if you weight X amount, have Y amount of fat, and you train regularly...then your maximal lifts for correct proportions of your body should be:

IE: You wait 200lbs, 10%bf, you should be able to bench ___ lbs, squat ____ lbs, Chin up with ___ lbs, etc?

I doubt there is any one particular formula/meaning, but when scanning bodyspace profiles and magazines I get, most people who are so tall with so much %BF usually lift about the same and look identical proportionally. Does my question make any sense?

There is a correlation between lean body mass and ability to generate force. However, there's no clear-cut amount to be lifting at x lean body mass. It depends a lot on genetics (muscle insertion points and default cross sectional area of the muscle) and training (neuromuscular adaptations and hypertrophy [environmentally gained cross sectional area]).
