More then likely your name was sold to them so you are kinda screwed.
Move and don't tell anyone your new address. 😛
I have this unnatural fear of people stealing my identity with my mail. 😉
Nothing wrong with feeling that way. Our mailbox is about 300' down the driveway. I put a yellow flag on the box that pops up to let us know when the mail is there primarily so we don't walk all the way out there for nothing when the weather is bad.
Several days out of every week, that flag is up and the mail has either been delivered and brought to the house or there is no mail there yet.
Somebody is checking mailboxes and my guess is they are looking for CC offers or some other mail they can utilize for their own purposes.
Your fear is not unnatural, it's being smart in the world we live in today.

Capital One mails me stuff all the time.
use the prepaid envelopes to send back bricks or dirt
just tape them to the box
Haha. Dirt can leak and that'd be shitty for a postal employee to clean up. I don't think you can tape a brick to a pre-paid envelope, either.
I stuff those prepaid envelopes with scrap metal. Can usually get 2-3 pounds in an envelope.
