Haven't you heard? Nothing government does is unconstitutional; it is all "promoting the general welfare".

It does make one wonder why all those old dudes 200 years ago bothered wasting their time writing that whole document. They could have just stopped there and skipped all the rest of that crap if "general welfare" means that there is nothing outside the scope of the feds.

You're new here so for reference we generally tend to avoid replying to topics that were last discussed over 4 years ago. It's referred to as "necro-ing" a thread and is frowned upon.
