Is the right place to say? I'm a disabled person... been abused terribly by family members... please help :(

What should the punishment be for any crime against someone that can't fight back...?

They are GUILTY of harassing the handicapped. No way around it. More ways than one.

I'm not sure how to proceed, I can't go to the police out of fear of reprisals from the perpetrators. They can't know I'm reaching out for help. I believe this problem is best dealt with by informing the community & arriving in consensus. To mete out appropriate action together.

Do you need proof? Is proof of my disabilities good enough or do I need proof of abuse as well? :(

I apologize in advance if posted in wrong place, it's never the right time to come forward. You've been my community for 15+ years(2005) that's why I'm sharing this here. Sticking w/ this new account for safety reasons

Not trolling. Your accusation without proof, is proof of a hate crime towards a disabled person. Please withdraw your statement.

The issue is you are being vague, very vague! Since you want us to believe you , you need to be more specific how are they abusing you?
Just using the word "abuse" means little to nothing! It is a generic term that without context has no real meaning!
Thus people are quick and rightly so to call yuo a troll!

We need more information........such as your age? Because if yuo are a disabled teenager and your just mad because your parents won`t do something for you or take you somewhere....then the word abuse means nothing!

It's two people in particular. One abused me physically. Groping me on more than one occasion, in several locations. Verbal attacks were constant but they've moved out now & that's shifted my priorities.

If that's not bad enough, another one is abusing me financially. Meaning they committed an act of fraud, having stolen thousands from myself & my caretakers. They took advantage of the courts being closed, which prevented us from reacting in a timely manner before the damage was done.

This damage has left me unable to pay insurance premiums, doctor's appointments, etc. It generally has led to the deterioration of my overall health care. This is truly unacceptable.

edit: (I suffer from Invol Muscle spasms, inside the body) I also s*** more blood than s*** on my "bad" days. I got pics but it's NSFW, very graphic not posting in public. My caretakers are also victims here.

Why not get the police involved if someone stole money from you. If you have proof of theft...

How is "informing the community & arriving in consensus" going to help? Police, social services, restraining order seems more in order.

In what way are you disabled, do you have the ability to move around and get somewhere ex: via public transit? I would go straight to the police station and report everything. The more proof you have, the better. You will also need to find a place to stay, even if it's a homeless shelter until you can figure something out. I imagine you don't have a source of income so that will not be easy unfortunately.

Honestly don't wanna know what will happen in my belief system when he dies, lets just say he simply refuses to exist. I work off a seeing is believing logic so yeah this is all i got. That is me putting it lightly.

In what way are you disabled? Regular disabled or @Red Squirrel disabled? This detail could make all the difference in your treatment. Time is of the essence!

Don't have multiple orgasms i unginored you a second, i usually give a second chance cause i am nice like that but glad to see you're still the same.
