Is the Pontiac Firebird/Trans-AM considered a mullet-mobile like the Camaro?

I have one. Graduated college nearly 3 years ago. No mullet, not a redneck, not white trash either.

Trust me, there are plenty of F-body owners who don't fit the ridiculous stereotype, although they are fully aware of it. A real enthusiast just doesn't care about the stereotype associated with the car, and won't let that dictate whether or not he buys it. If Miata owners worried about being called gay, they wouldn't have bought it. If WRX / Evo owners worried about being thought of as punk street-racing ricers, they wouldn't have bought it. If VW Bus owners worried about being called hippies, they wouldn't have bought it. Etc. etc. I bought my car for myself because I like it - I really couldn't care less what a bunch of import fanboys on the Internet think about it. :D
