I'm 5'8", 125 lb. Granted, I'm naturally skinny, and my quick metabolism helps me keep my weight down (it's tough for me to gain weight no matter what). But, I've noticed that I do TONS of walking in college and I've got a hard time believing that many freshmen end up gaining weight.
I'd say I walk 2-3 miles in a given day, and I usually run 2-3 miles about 3 times a week. It's more walking than I've ever done in my life, and while I've run further and more often, I still feel like I'm in shape. It's been about a week since I weighed myself but I really haven't gained any weight.
Did any of you get the 'Freshman 15' in college?
