Is she guilty of something or not?

She's guilty of something ...

I did a search on (Heath) Ledger and Olsen and came up with nothing so here it goes ...

"Mary-Kate Olsen wants immunity from prosecution before she will cooperate with a federal investigation into close friend Heath Ledger's accidental overdose death, PEOPLE has confirmed.

Investigators could subpoena the 22-year-old actress but hope to work this out, a law enforcement source said Monday.

Olsen's publicist and lawyer didn't immediately comment."

What could the troll have possibly done to want immunity? Perhaps she provided her "friend" Ledger with drugs that ultimately killed him?

Weren't they on opposite sides of the country when this happened? Given that scenario, it seems hard to believe that she would've supplied him with his drugs. But if she's asking for immunity it must be the case.

She probably was the one who got him the OxyContin that he OD'ed on. It was in his bloodstream, but no pill bottles were found at the apartment. She probably sent her bodyguards over there to grab the bottles before the cops arrived.

lol, so why would investigators grant her immunity request? It sounds like she has everything to lose and nothing to offer except some "truth".

Sharing drugs is what friends do.

She should get immunity.

If someone ODs on Tylenol, it will never be the manufacturers fault. Personal responsibility....

Wow. So it might wasn't suicide?

No, there was Oxycontin found in his system that was obtained illegally. So the likely reason she wants immunity is that she either gave it to him or goes to the same source to get it.

Can't blame her for wanting to exercise her constitutional rights, really. I mean, if ATOT can get all fired up over a debate on whether showing a receipt should be a criminal action or not, surely we can see how she'd want to ensure that nobody probes too far into her life regardless of being guilty or not.

Because she has the constitutional right to keep her mouth shut if she thinks it will incriminate her.

Er, like personal responsibility for giving someone else the drugs that killed them?

No if she gave him prescription drugs without a prescription then she broke the law and the drugs she gave him could have been the ones that caused the fatal mix and killed him. It?s called manslaughter in that case.

Your post makes little to no sense.

I think it would only be manslaughter if she actually administered the drugs herself. Worst thing here I think would be negligence.

Analogy: Some idiot leaves a gun out, kid finds it, blows his head off. Not manslaughter. VS: Some idiot is playing with his gun and it goes off and blows his kid away. Manslaughter.
