I want to know how that leaked. The lawyer would've definitely told her not to let anybody else know. Plus that makes her look suspicious.
If it's the feds, is she required to give whatever information even if they don't have any evidence held against her?
you are never required to say anything. You can take the contempt of court charge.

Possible alternative: she misses being in the limelight. The world is focused on Miley Cyrus, etc. She craves any attention, even if somewhat negative.

Sharing drugs is what friends do.
She should get immunity.
If someone ODs on Tylenol, it will never be the manufacturers fault. Personal responsibility....
No if she gave him prescription drugs without a prescription then she broke the law and the drugs she gave him could have been the ones that caused the fatal mix and killed him. It?s called manslaughter in that case.
stupid law then. The pills didn't magically crush themselves and fly into his nose.
WTF are you talking about?
Drugs dont ingest themselves.....maybe in soviet russia but not here in the US. If I sell someone 5 gallons of water and they drink it all in 20 minutes and die from water toxicity should I get a manslaughter charge?

It's physically impossible to ingest 5 gallons of water in 20 minutes.

I'd asking asking for immunity is a pretty suspicious action.
That's completely untrue. If you're innocent you should definitely ask for immunity, because you never know what you might say that might "incriminate" you. The police don't know you're innocent, and they wouldn't be talking to you if you weren't under some suspicion.Originally posted by: GagHalfrunt
Of course she's guilty, nobody looks for immunity if they're innocent. The only question is to the degree of her guilt. Did she hook him up with a supplier or did she supply the stuff herself?
