I'm white and I typically roll my sleeves up when it's warm.

the sleeves on short-sleeve shirts tend to be a little too short for my preference, so I'd just as soon roll up a long-sleeve to my preferred distance (usually right above my elbow... a lot of short-sleeve shirts tend to be 3-4" higher than that, and I really hate my upper arms)

the mindlessness of this thread.

rollin' up sleeves?

guys and girls of every race do this. it's preference, not stratification.

They're selling a lot of shirts with the sleeves pre-rolled these days. Maybe its a trendchaser thing.

I'm white and I pretty much always roll up my sleeves, it usually looks better that way.

I saw this a lot when I was living in Hong Kong or traveling in China.

At work and the shirt I'm currently wearing has its sleeves rolled up. Do this regularly, or I would be sweating all the time. Hate long sleeve shirts when it's not winter.

Yes but I don't think that counts. It's not done because they think it's fashionable... it's out of utility and laziness.

i do it all the time. sometimes i'll be too warm but i won't want to take off my button-up shirt, so i just roll up my sleeves.

plus then people can see my muscular forearms.

I roll up my sleeves, because the shirt I bought from the whiteboy uniform shop Hollister was worn that way on the mannequin. ;)
