i guess it really depends on how bored the cops are in your town / city.

There is a law regulating everything, even how many breaths you are supposed to take per hour.

I don't believe there are any laws that specifically address what is illegal at a drive-thru.

Fire in the hole prank?

Certainly illegal I would think. Assault or battery.

One of my favorite vids is those ***** kids who fire in the hole some old lady working the drive-thru at a Wendys or whatever. The old lady tosses a huge drink in the car which spills open before the kids can drive off :D

Harassment and trespassing are the only things I can think of, but to prove either of those they have to tell you to stop, or tell you to leave.

So what prank did you have in mind?

Whether it's legal or not shouldn't deter you from carrying out the prank. Just do it and then post a detailed thread about it here. ;)

Here's an idea... don't bother people trying to do their job... instead stay home and jerk off in a corner.

I really can't think of any law that you would be breaking if you did that.

Push the limits of pranks, it might start to get into disorderly conduct, but really...thats REALLY pushing it.

put some dogsh1t in a paper sack, light it on fire and toss it in the window. Wait till after you get your food though.

I don't know, I think that you get a very pure form of justice in the drive-thru. You mess with them, they spit in your food (or worse).

You start crossing over into illegal when you start threatening them.

Doing anything that someone doesn't want you to do and the police agree:

Disorderly Conduct.

It's sort of a catch-all for any conduct that's missed by specific laws.
