whoa, after all this trouble ive been through with paypal from this one fraudulent use of a credit card, i have some clear thoughts of what i am going to be doing for the next couple of weeks.....

Paypal isnt so bad after all....just get screwed once and get it back the ol' paypal way.

I would recommend including the cost of delivery confirmation in your shipping and handling arrangementss if possible or factor it in as a cost of doing business. If you can potentially save yourself the headache of receiving a charge back, I would recommend doing this.

We do investigate all fraud cases to the largest degree possible and we do pursue legal action whenever, and wherever, possible.

The individual with the stolen card generally calls us (if they are aware of the issue) or their credit card company.

I again, despite claims of being a bot🙂, reinforce the ways that a user can protect themselves from charge backs.
