Question Is my processor soldered on?

I have a dell optiplex 3010 with a small form factor with an i3 3220 processor and a 0T10XW motherboard. Would appreciate any help, and if I haven’t given enough details I can provide more.

If it's a real i3-3220, and not the "U" model, it's probably not soldered on.

I don't think there was a 3220 "U" variant. I've got a mini-pc with a 3227u and that one definitely is soldered on. But the 3220 shows up as a desktop which would not be.
