I have a dell optiplex 3010 with a small form factor with an i3 3220 processor and a 0T10XW motherboard. Would appreciate any help, and if I haven’t given enough details I can provide more.

Whenever you want to know the specs on an Intel CPU just google "ARK + [cpu model]" in this case "ARK i3-3220". That will get you to: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...core-i3-3220-processor-3m-cache-3-30-ghz.html

I don't think there was a 3220 "U" variant. I've got a mini-pc with a 3227u and that one definitely is soldered on. But the 3220 shows up as a desktop which would not be.
