No hassles, no language issues (yes he was obviously in India or somewhere).

I'd recommend Dell to anyone I know but always recommend they get a longer warranty especially for laptops...

OP didn't whine at all. I was even suprised that OP wasn't going "OMG FVCK DELL AND those who don't speak English".
