I am still experiencing clicking in my shoulder after four weeks.

I had an MRI without anthrogram done and the results were negative for any rc tears. I do, however, have inflammation.

Is it possible to have a labrum tear without any pain associated with it?

Clicking is usually a tell-tale sign of a labrum tear.

Thanks!

I'm not sure. Clicking doesn't necessarily mean that something's wrong, but the inflammation is definitely something to watch out for. I would figure that you would have a fair amount of pain if anything was torn, but then again I'm not a doctor. Has it been serious enough to warrant more definitive tests?

I agree, but clicking isn't necessarily a sign of injury. It may be annoying and it very well may mean you're injured, but it's not a for-sure thing. Try icing it and doing some rotator cuff exercises, such as this. If they help, then you should be alright. If it gives you trouble, get some more tests done. I try not to go to the doctor unless it's really inhibiting my routine or daily life.

Wow, those shoulder exercises look freaking awesome. I am going to start doing some RC exercises that I found online, external/internal rotations.

I have clicking in both shoulders without pain, but my shoulders have always been that way. I wouldn't worry too much.
