Is it pop or soda, damn it!

Alabama. Always a coke. Soda is tolerable, but calling it pop makes my hair stand on end while going wtf....

Honestly, who says "sody pop".

I was in walmart and i heard this guy say, " kids do you want soda pop or juice" I nearly died of laughter.

POP i'm orginally from MI but due to the high midwest population in AZ alot of people call it that here too

SODA! I'm originally from CA. I currently live in AZ. There are people here from the MidWest and from back East who call it pop. I got asked where the pop machine was the other day and I had no clue what he was asking me. It's SODA!

Idaho.

I know a family who for some reason calls it "bobie" or "sippy sup", so pop really isn't all that weird. In utah it's both pop and soda for some reason...my brother went into a 7-11 in Kansas and asked for a pop and the guy looked confused..."You want me to hit you?"
