Is it normal to vomit as part of a hangover?

I've always felt like it, but never did. A hangover definitely doesn't sit well on the stomach.

First time drinking eh :p
Next time try not to show off on how much you can handle and just be social :D
But I cant throw the stone to much into my own glass house. I have never in my past drank so much to where I puked or had to puke the next day myself. Usually if I drank to much the next day I craved some crazy eats like hot dogs with a mixture of ketchup, mustard, mayo, and dill rellish. Usually after eating that I no longer have a hang over (and no not because I puked it all out either ).

water will not help...alchohol lowers the ADH levels in your blood closing prores in the nefrons in your kidneys not allowing diffusion back into the bloodstream, hence the dehydration, no amount of water will help...you'll just be peaing more

Not true in my case. Water always has helped. If I dont drink water..I feel like crap and I'm dehydrated in the morning. If I drink water..I don't have that headach and I don't feel dehydrated.

it's peeing. and they don't close off 100% immediatly. Consumption of water during the first few drinks, before the alcohol in the bloodstream gets too high, helps out a lot.
