Is it normal to vomit as part of a hangover?

Puke the night before, duh. ie: drink too much so you puke. Then when you wake up you just feel really hungry, but not so much like puking.

Only horked the next day 2-3 times, and each time it wasn't from having drank too much, but rather from having drank way, way too much. Puking is not a part of the normal hangover, only the more hellish variety.

never delayed i have drank enough to throw up black out and throw up again the next morning several times but never

if i throw up in the morning than i have definitely thrown up the previous night as well

i've never thrown up the same night... although i think that would've helped.

and the day is suckage if i hurl the next day.

Not true in my case. Water always has helped. If I dont drink water..I feel like crap and I'm dehydrated in the morning. If I drink water..I don't have that headach and I don't feel dehydrated.

i've never thrown up the same night... although i think that would've helped.

and the day is suckage if i hurl the next day.

Yeah, I'm running about four hours late 'cuz of that and I still feel like sh!t.

I only throw up in the morning after drinking hard liquor. If I get wasted off of beer, then I just feel groggy and have a headache. If I drink hard liquor and get wasted, then i'm sick to my stomach and usually honk all over the place.

How much did you have to drink?

My brother and GF both often puke after a night of binge drinking, but despite drinking absolutely revolting amounts of booze, I've never thrown up the next morning.

I'm with Gurck on this. I've had many a hangover, but only a handful have actually resulted in me vomiting.

Not for me. I've had as much as 17 shots of vodka with only a moderate hangover before and I've, more recently (getting old sucks for hangovers) had as little as three or four light american beer and puked. It's almost entirely unpredictable, though I can mitigate some risk by ensuring I eat a good bit before hand and cranking in water. For each drink force yourself to have a glass of water, no matter how unfun or unmanly it seems at the time. It really helps.
