For me, it's tomatoes.

"Vegetable" is only a culinary term I think? Tomatoes are technically fruits, but are classified as vegtables for food purposes.

Corn sucks. Better to turn it into tortillas or chips or something.

Spinach, Peppers (peppercinis(sp?), jalapenos, bell... to name a few), Onions, Carrots, Brocolli, Cauliflower, Green beans... all are superior vegetables. I'll count tomatoes too even though they're technically a fruit.
