I'll like to see something supporting this 'fact' if you can find it... i think one of the reasons why the US and the Worldbank 'loaned' them billions of dollars was so that they didn't do that. And i doubt they would have, there is just as great a chance of somebody using those same nukes on them than on anybody else.

This is not a "fact", but was a fear for some time. I don't recall the exact place or moment in time when I heard about these Russian nuclear sales, but it is well known (for people who pay attention to these types of things) that it was once feared that Russia might have been selling off a lot of powerful weapon technology (including nuclear armed missles) to other countries.

They have nuclear missile silos in those places.

And I completely agree, the goals of these sick people is to instill fear into americans... the best you can do is help out by like, giving blood or money or whatever and otherwise living life as you would normally... that is the greatest blow you can deliver on these terrorists. They don't like America. They want america to change. And if you change, then the terrorists are one step closer.

And i'm saying that Russia didn't do that, there may have been some rogue scientists or the Russian mafia involved, but Russia itself wouldn't have done such a thing.

The logic can be seen by the Chechyna war... and the Russian hesistant for entering the war with the US against Afghanistan. There's no 'proof' to back this up, it's just a dialectic argument... the more nukes there are out there, especially if they start selling them randomly to nations around Russia, it's just reasonable to assume the greater the chance of somebody using it. The Russians have already been fighting their own terrorist war for the past several years.
