He'd have other symptoms if it were Colitis or Crohn's such as loss of appetite, abdominal pain, diarrhea, joint pain, fatigue, etc.

yup... that's why i am 99% sure it's not crohn's or uc. i'm 98% sure it's just a hemorrhoid.
