being a woman ahs some advantages to being a man. i am a man. i can say that being a man is unfortunate. however, both sides has its pros and cons. you already have more than enough points here to use, so i won't be redundant. but as always the grass is greener on the other side.

The only thing misfortunate about being born a woman is the whole "bathroom" thing.

You see, in a woman, the urge to go to the bathroom is not as simple as that for a man. For a man, the urge triggers the pratical response of finding some place to go... be it a urinal, a tree, or even a mime's leg.

In women, it is a far more complex issue. You see, the urge to pee is cross wired with the "herding" instinct, thus requiring that a woman find other women before going to the bathroom, and then only in the safest places. So, many women, when isolated and alone, suffer for many hours before actually finding another in their same condition, and that allows them to not only satisfy their urge to pee, but also their urge to herd.

Other than that minor drawback, woman rock!

Not being a woman this is purely my opinion, but I feel the odds have leveled out as far the work environment is concerned. Purely from a personal veiwpoint, I have always felt the women hold the power in the earlier years up until the mid 30's, then the men hold the power. I won't go into further elaboration on that comment as I have this mental image of me being the "monkey in the middle" trying to get my privates back from two or more of the female members of the board.........
