Grilled Chicken + Beans + Rice + Cooked Peppers and Onions + Tomato-based Salsa

A little high on the calories, but other than that what's not to like?

That's 1000 calories, 35g fat, 3700mg sodium. Not what I'd call healthy. And it just goes up from there.

Hey, I enjoy Chipotle too, and I'm ceratainly no health freak. But I'm also a realist.

EDIT: Beaten to the punch. I did some rounding and my sodium total is probably off, but you get the point.

Chipotle doesn't have variety of choices, but it has a fresh taste to it. I think they have good burritos, but if you go to an actual local burrito place, the local will almost always be better.

Chipotle burritos have a good mix of tastes in their burritos. Alot of chain places just throw all the stuff together in a tortilla and call it a burrito. No matter how many choices you have, quanitity doesn't mean quality/taste.

OMG, I had the displeasure of trying California Tortilla at Washington Dulles airport (what a dump BTW), I couldn't believe it, but it is actually WORSE than Taco Bell!

It's a nice changeup from the routine burger place and I feel like I get more for my money there than at a sub shop.

A good place. Everyone knows that refried beans are nasty. Just get the pinto beans - refried beans are just messed up pinto beans.

So true.
Go to a local mexican place. Hands down its better than Chipotle or any of the chains that claim they have mexican food.

Chipotle's around here have about 20 different topings. It's darn tasty, but a bit pricy.. definitely not a daily eater. Good place for a first date if the weather is nice, have a burrito on the patio with a fine lady.

what he said. although, technically, K1052 is ~20 feet closer to that particular chipotle than I am. He will always beat me to the line. :(

I've been twice. Once and didn't like it. Then I went again to get a different item just to see if it was the item or the place I didn't care for. Long story short, I've never been back. I tend to stick to the many good taquerias around here. It helps that I live in the SF Bay Area though, where good authentic taquerias are very common. I guess if I lived in podunk wherever Chipotlle would be great.

not everyone lives in fvcking California and has a local taco shop. It annoys the hell out of me that you all assume we can just drive down the street to get some authentic food from the taqueria.

I used to like them until I got sick from it one weekend when I went to see some friends. I know it was chipotle because it's the only thing I ate Friday, then I had diarrhea and was puking all weekend. It even kept me from drinking :(

Needless to say, I won't ever eat there again.
