I've had the same problems--I gave up on syncing over bluetooth (never got it to work; don't think it ever will) but even with a USB cable it has issues. This is completely retarted IMHO. What would happen if your PDA stopped syncing? When you buy a PDA, do you have to "pay extra" for the ability to sync? My SE T616 synced perfectly with Outlook via Bluetooth without requiring a single piece of 3rd-party software...and that phone is like 3 years old.Originally posted by: buzzsaw13
Its a hit or miss with MPT. My Razr connected to my phone just fine for the first couple days, then I started having problems. Whenever I try and browse through the phones files or send something to it, the phone disconnects.

I can't get my Razr v3m to be recognized. I tried Mobile Phone Tools 3.11h, the newest release of BitPim, and QPST Explorer 2.7. I can't figure out why any of these applications can't recognize my phone.

I read in a few forums where the cheap knock-off data cables were at fault. I haven't tried an original Motorola cable yet to find out.....
