Is anyone else in awe of British Rock?

It started with the Beatles, Pink Flloyd, the Stones and just kept on going....the who...talking heads, the cars, the police... and more. It's too much music for a lifetime....

It's interesting how the american blues and jazz influenced them so much and in turn their british rock invasion influenced us so much. Rock, Punk in the late 70's into metal. Oasis type rock in the 90s.

They were American, actually.

But absolutely, yeah. And there have also been some awesome British bands after the classic ones you listed - Blur, Radiohead, Fine Young Cannibals, Prodigy, Oasis, etc.
