It didn't work very good for me. I had 2 PC's with ad hoc connectivity *&$%! They wouldn't talk to each other longer than about 5 minutes. Then I had to reboot BOTH of them to get them to talk again. After about 3 days of that anguish, I bought a wireless router/access point and now it works wonderfully. No ad hoc for me.

umm the wireless lab here at MS is about 5 doors down from me and they have hardware from almost if not every vendor, the people in thw ireless group are my friends and they have told me so. I dont have a link to a whitepaper if thats what you are asking for.
