Great now you're gonna get into specifics, the Quran clearly outlines the cases where we can do capital punishment, if a wife/husband cheats on their spouse, only way to absolve themselves is to be stoned to death. But in the case of them singing, we can't do capital punishment. Theres many different cases and the way we can handle it is clearly outlined.

If you are talking about husband and wife, then if the husband ever, and I mean EVER hits his wife it is an immediate divorce, no ifs or buts. The husband who harmed the wife will be punished heavily by Allah and the law.

If someone does it and says they are Muslim, what can we do? They will be punished by Allah, don't worry, Islam does not promote this behaviour, it is a great sin and if you do it, good luck getting married to another woman.

The killing isn't really just because he cheated, its also because he also had sex with another woman before marriage, so its like cheating + premarital(sp?) sex...and god won't forgive them unless they are punished, and the punishment is stoned to death.

So..solution? Don't cheat! 😀
