who told you that ? CR specifically mentions it has low operating costs. Maybe the Ionic breeze has almost no operating costs but it also does close to nothing
you should see the filter in mine after a week or more. Its just as dirty as the regular AIR suck and blow filters.
who says they hardly do anything ?
