He specifically made the cameraman leave when he "raped" her.
 
You know, I do not think pornography should be illegal since I believe it should have first amendment protection. However, it's really really hard to argue for pornography when the people involved are unintelligent, abusive, and just plain unprofessional and immoral.

Watch the Frontline episode on pornography, and you'll see some of the sick stuff that goes on.
 
So there was this lawsuit, where Joe Francis aparently staged a fake fight at a casino in las vegas, and was eventually called out on it and almost counter-sued. It was aparently a stunt of his to impress Paris hilton, because this idiot is obsessed with her. I forget the exact details now, but basically, Joe Francis = Douchebag
 
Agreed Tylanner....but if her really did grow his business by doing what was said he did, then he deserves to burn in hell. It's one thing to have drunk girls do stupid things, but quite another to coerce them and drug them, etc....
 
so this auther pretty much goes on and on about the bad things he's done and how his lawyers have probably helped him escape some stuff? and then she has an opportunity to press charges against this guy with a police officer standing right there as a witness...and she passes on it? pressing charges would've hindered her story or something?

oh and i hope all my female friends know to go to the police if they feel like they've been raped.

Lots of rape goes unreported. I don't know statistics, but I believe the numbers are especially high for younger women. To the victims, it's not just a matter of "this is a crime so I need to report it" (you would hope so, but that isn't the case). There's embarassment, depression, and a whole slew of other psychological and emotional factors involved.

I don't care how this guy spins his business. He's a douchebag and apparently a rapist. He deserves to die choking on his own dick.

There is a difference between what is legal and what is right. Society could not operate if everyone was as self serving as this asshole.
